These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you and Skippr. By accessing skippr.us, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or purchasing any Skippr service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Skippr reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our services following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Skippr is a car buying concierge service that provides professional representation to clients during the vehicle purchasing process. We negotiate with dealerships, manage dealer communications, review finance and lease documents, and guide you through every step of the car buying process. Skippr does not purchase vehicles on your behalf, hold title to any vehicle, act as a licensed automobile dealer or broker, or provide legal or financial advice. All final purchasing decisions remain exclusively with the Client.
Skippr offers the following service tiers:
To use Skippr services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, reside in or be purchasing a vehicle within the United States, and provide accurate and complete information throughout the engagement. Skippr reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
Upon completing the initial consultation and deciding to move forward, Skippr will issue an invoice to the client. Payment is due within one (1) business day of the invoice being sent. Work will not begin until payment is received in full.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Skippr does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information.
Service fees are non-transferable and apply to a single vehicle transaction per engagement.
Skippr reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased.
In the event of a chargeback filed with your card issuer, Skippr reserves the right to suspend services immediately pending resolution.
Skippr is committed to transparency and accountability. Our refund policy is built around two specific, measurable commitments established with every client prior to the start of work: a timeframe commitment to securing a deal on the specified vehicle, and a discount target commitment. The process for establishing and agreeing to these commitments is described below.
How the Parameters Are Established:
Following the initial consultation, and at the time the invoice is sent, Skippr will provide the client with a written overview detailing: (a) the specific vehicle the client wishes to purchase, including all relevant information pertaining to said vehicle; (b) the timeframe within which Skippr commits to securing a qualifying deal; and (c) the discount target Skippr intends to pursue based on current market conditions for that vehicle, thus making it a qualifying deal. This written overview, along with these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, will be delivered to the client prior to payment.
By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have received, reviewed, and agreed to the timeframe and discount parameters communicated in the written overview. Payment serves as the client's binding acknowledgment of these parameters and constitutes full acceptance of the terms under which Skippr's performance will be evaluated for refund purposes. No additional signature is required for these parameters to be enforceable.
Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment. No work will commence prior to payment being received in full.

Refund requests will not be honored under the following circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@skippr.us. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method. The refund policy described in this section represents the client's sole financial remedy under this Agreement.
Prohibited conduct includes submitting false information, impersonating any person or entity, using services for unlawful purposes, or interfering with Skippr's operations. Skippr reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund for any such violation.
While Skippr establishes a discount target for each engagement and makes every reasonable commercial effort to meet or exceed it, we make no absolute guarantee of any specific savings amount, price, financing rate, or deal terms. Vehicle pricing, inventory, dealer cooperation, and market conditions are outside Skippr's control. Where Skippr falls short of its stated commitments, the refund policy in Section 5 provides the client's exclusive remedy.
All content on skippr.us is the exclusive property of Skippr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Skippr content without prior written consent.
Skippr's collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein. In the course of providing services, Skippr will share relevant client information with dealerships solely as necessary to perform the contracted services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skippr shall not be liable for: actions or omissions by dealerships, lenders, or third parties; financing terms or loan conditions; vehicle condition or defects after purchase; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Skippr's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable service tier.
Skippr's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Skippr does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or result in any specific outcome. Skippr is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or automobile dealer, and nothing herein constitutes legal or financial advice.
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
Skippr may terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause. Immediate termination without refund may occur for violations of this Agreement, submission of false information, or abusive conduct toward staff. If Skippr terminates without cause, a prorated refund will be issued based on work completed at the time of termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skippr and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses -- including reasonable attorneys' fees -- arising from: your use of our services; your violation of this Agreement; your violation of any applicable law; false information you provide; or your interference with the negotiation process.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Subject to Section 15, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Livingston County, New York.
Skippr is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, power outages, or third-party system failures. If services cannot resume within thirty (30) days, the client may request a prorated refund for unperformed services.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed entirely. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with Skippr's Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications and understandings. No modification is binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized Skippr representative.
